How do I pay for a service? +
We accept M-Pesa payments only via our registered Till Number (not a personal number). Once we confirm your request, we send you the Till Number and amount. You pay, we get an instant notification, and work begins immediately.
Is my ID and personal data safe? +
Yes. We operate under the Kenya Data Protection Act 2019. We never store your portal passwords or OTPs beyond the active session. Your ID copy is stored in an encrypted folder for 12 months maximum, then permanently deleted. We never share your data with any third party.
What is the difference between Standard and Express? +
Standard delivery is within 24 hours at the base price. Express means your request is prioritised and completed within 1 hour for a higher fee. Express slots are limited — typically 2-3 per day — so they fill up fast on busy days.
What if something goes wrong with my application? +
If the application fails due to an error on our side, we redo it free of charge or refund you in full. No arguments, no delays. We send you a screenshot of the completed action when done so you can verify independently.
Do I need to be in Nairobi? +
No. Everything is handled remotely via Contact. We serve clients across Kenya — Kisumu, Mombasa, Eldoret, Nakuru and everywhere in between. As long as you can send us your documents on Contact and receive OTPs on your phone, we can help you.
